Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Assistive Equipment For People With Disabilities As Part Of The Program Implementation Mon. Information And Advisory Centers For Disabled People
The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of Elements In The Indicated Quantities To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Material And Quantity List (Described In Annex No. 1) In The Rooms And Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. B) The Supplied Aids Must Be Brand New (Produced No Earlier Than 12 Months Before The Date Of Submission Of The Offer), In Working Order, Unused, Not Displayed At Exhibitions And Fairs, Undamaged And Free From Third-Party Rights, Safe, Complete, I.E. With All Accessories Necessary For Their Use. The Offered Equipment Must Be Complete And Ready For Use Without Additional Purchases. C) The Contractor Will Provide The Required Packaging For The Items To Prevent Damage Or Deterioration Of Their Quality During Transport To The Place Of Delivery. D) The Equipment Will Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Safety Signs. E) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Instructions For Operating The Equipment Or - If They Are Made Available By The Manufacturer In Electronic Form - Will Provide Web Addresses Where They Can Be Downloaded. F) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Goods To: The Ordering Partys Registered Office, At His Own Expense, Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party, And To Unload It And Place It In The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party. Delivery Will Take Place On Business Days At Hours Agreed Individually With The Ordering Party. G) The Contractor Undertakes To Remove, At His Own Expense, Any Damage Caused By The Contractor And Occurring During The Execution Of The Order. H) The Contractor Is Liable To The Ordering Party For Defects In The Subject Of The Order That Reduce Its Value Or Usefulness, And In The Event Of Suffering Losses As A Result, The Contractor Undertakes To Cover Them.
