1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of An Agricultural Tractor With A Boom Mower And A Mowing Head For Work At Łzuk - 1 Set.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Binding On The Contractor Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Appendix No. 6 To Swz.4. Requirements Regarding Service And Manufacturers Authorization 1) The Ordering Party Requires That The Devices Constituting The Subject Of The Order: A) Be Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty, Implemented By The Manufacturers Authorized Service In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, B) Be Provided With Service (Warranty And Post-Warranty) In Accordance With The Manufacturers Standards.5. For The Purposes Of Executing The Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide: 1) Servicing Of The Offered Agricultural Tractor By An Authorized Service Point Of The Tractor Manufacturer, Located At A Distance Of No More Than 80 Km (Including The Shortest Available Public Road) From The Ordering Partys Registered Office, 2) A Mobile Technical Service Ensuring The Possibility Of Performing Repairs And Service Activities (In Particular Warranty Repairs) At The Place Of Use Of The Subject Of The Order, 3) Undertaking Service Activities By The Mobile Service Within No More Than 48 Hours From The Moment Of Reporting The Failure By The Ordering Party.6. The Contractor Provides Service At The Manufacturers Own Authorized Service Point.7. The Requirements Referred To In Section 4-6, Constitute Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract And Will Be Subject To Verification, In Particular Based On The Evidence Referred To In Part X Swz.
