The Procurement Concerns The Va System In Arendal Municipality And Drinking Water And Pumping Facilities Located In Grimstad Municipality. Over Time, The Municipality Has Experienced Increasing Challenges Linked To The Presence Of Pests, Particularly Rats, In The Sewage System. Rat Activity In The Va Network Entails A Risk Of Damage To Infrastructure And Technical Installations, Blocking Of Pipes And Back-Up Of Drains, Intrusion Of Vermin Into Buildings With Subsequent Health And Environmental Consequences And Increased Operating Costs And The Need For Urgent Measures.
