The Municipality Of Lelystad Currently Uses Telephony Facilities That Are Based On Odido As A Foundation For Communication And That Are Managed By Esprit Ict. The Contract For This Expired At The End Of 2025 And Was Extended For A Year Via A Derogation Decision. A Tender Process Will Be Started In 2026 With The Aim Of Entering Into A New Contract For The Telephony Facilities At The End Of 2026. The Tender Will Be Launched In Mid-August 2026. In Accordance With Applicable Laws And Regulations, Market Parties Are Then Invited To Make An Offer. With This Document We Announce That The Tender Will Be Launched. In Preparation For The Tender, A Market Consultation Will Be Held In June. We Will Use The Information Obtained From This To Adjust Our Wishes And Requirements And To Otherwise Optimize The Tender Documents. €5,000,000
