The Object Of The Procurement Is A Call Button Service For The Librarys Customer Service For The City Of Vantaa In Accordance With The Tender Documents. A More Detailed Description Of The Object Of The Procurement Can Be Found In Appendix 2.1 Description Of The Object, Appendix 2.2 Definition Of Requirements And Appendix 2.2.1 Use Cases. The Procurement Unit Undertakes To Procure The Service For Use At The Following Locations: - Jumbo (In 2026), - Myyrmäki (According To Preliminary Estimate In 2027) And - Mosaiikki (According To Preliminary Estimate In 2028). To Offices (Six (6) Offices). The Customer Decides Separately On The Implementation Of Options Per Location. The Procurement Seeks One (1) Saas Service Provider With Overall Responsibility. Procurement Seeks A Ready-Made Solution. The Overall Service Must Include The Necessary User Interfaces, Programs, Hardware, Backup Software, Licenses And Maintenance And Support Services In Accordance With The Draft Contract In Appendix B Of The Request For Tenders (Main Contract For Delivery And Maintenance Of The Call Button Service As A Software Service With Attachments). The Main Contract Is Valid For A Limited Period Of Two (2) Years From The Last Signature Of The Contract, After Which It Continues To Be Valid Indefinitely. The Service According To The Requirement Specification Must Be Available In Accordance With The Schedule Requirement Presented In The Requirement Specification (Appendix 2.2), Unless Otherwise Stated In The Requirement Specification For An Individual Requirement.
