The Procurer Is A Provider Of Cloud Services And A Distributor Of Public Cloud Services. The Objects Of The Procurement Are The Rental Of Various Spla Ms Windows Licenses From The Importer For Riigipilve Virtual Servers, In Which Case The Procurer Reports The Use Of Licenses On The Importers Portal On A Monthly Basis, And The Purchase Of Various Microsoft Licenses. Rit Organizes Public Procurement As A Voluntary Central Public Procurement, The Personal Scope Of Which Includes All Located In The Republic Of Estonia: 1) Government Institutions And The Institutions Managed By Them; 2) Constitutional Institutions And The Institutions Managed By Them; 3) Local Governments And The Institutions Managed By Them, Including Foundations, Companies; 4) Public Legal Entities Established On The Basis Of Law; 5) Established By The State Or With The Participation Of The State, Including Foundations, Ngos, Companies. The Said Institutions Have The Right To Order Services On The Basis Of A Contract From The Conclusion Of The Corresponding Agreement With Rit. On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, They Have The Right To Order All Cloud Service Licenses Ordered From The Microsoft Portfolio.
