The City Of Kimberley Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Proponents With Demonstrated Experience In Communications Planning, Strategy Development, And Implementation, Preferably Within A Local Government Or Other Public-Sector Context.The Purpose Of This Request For Proposals Is To Engage A Consultant To Develop Two Complementary Communications Strategies And Accompanying Implementation Plans:•An Internal Communications Strategy And Plan; And•An External Communications Strategy And Plan.Together, These Strategies Will Provide The City With A Coordinated, Modern, And Practical Framework For Communicating Effectively With Staff, Residents, Businesses, Stakeholders, And Invested Parties.
