For Further Information, We Refer To The Procurement Documents. The Client Reserves The Right To Cancel The Competition, Including In Connection With Budgetary Coverage And Political Approval. Apprentices: The Client Has Assessed The Procurement Against The Apprentice Regulations, Cf. § 7 Of The Procurement Act, And Concluded That There Are No Requirements For Apprentices In This Procurement As The Main Element Of The Contract Does Not Include Work Where It Is Relevant To Use Labor With Trade Or Journeyman Certificates, Cf. § 6 (3) Of The Apprentice Regulations.
