That, The Hospital Del Salvador Needs To Have An Agreement For Supply Of Medicines Subject To Legal Control G-3 In Case Of Non-Display Of Cenabast For The Hospital Del Salvador For 36 Months In Order To Adequately And Efficiently Satisfy The Care Work During A Period Of 36 Months. That The Hospital Must Implement “Complementary Measures” To Ensure The Supply Of Medicines Brokered By Cenabast, In The Face Of Repeated Stock Shortages And Non-Compliance Arising From Its Suppliers; That, For The Determined Amount, This Tender Is Located In The Section For Contracts Of Those Equal To Or Greater Than 1,000 Utm And Less Than 5,000 Utm, In Accordance With Article 36 Of The Regulation Of Law No. 19,886, Given That Therapies Cannot Be Interrupted Due To The Adverse Effects They Generate.
