Hiring A Specialized Company Hiring A Specialized Company For The Removal, Transport And Final Disposal Of Two Tanks Each Containing Approximately 45 Tons Of Asphalt Emulsion Waste (Petroleum Derivative), Located In A Permanent Preservation Area (App), Near The Caxambu/Mg Convention Center, In Compliance With Current Technical, Environmental And Safety Standards. The Contract Includes The Preparation Of A Technical Report Proving The Environmentally Appropriate Disposal Of Waste. The Contract Includes The Following Services: -Technical And Safe Removal Of Two Tanks With Approximately 45 Tons Of Waste Each; -Application Of Lifting Techniques Using Certified Equipment And Accessories, In Accordance With Abnt Technical Standards And Applicable International Regulations; -Transportation Of Tanks To A Licensed Unit For Receiving And Disposing Of Hazardous Waste; -Adequate And Legal Final Disposal Of Waste, In Accordance With Federal, State And Municipal Environmental Legislation; -Preparation And Delivery Of A Technical Report Containing: -Identification Of The Receiving Site And Respective Valid Environmental License; -Waste Receipt Reports; -Description Of The Disposal Methodology Used; -Mandatory Observance Of Work Safety And Environmental Protection Standards At All Stages; -Contractors Full Responsibility For Team Safety, Risk Control And Prevention Of Environmental Impacts. Execution Deadline: Up To 10 (Ten) Business Days After Signing The Contract. Required Quality Standards: -Compliance With The W&M Consultoria Technical Report (October/2024); -Compliance With Abnt, Conama Standards, Current Environmental Legislation And Safety Standards.
