Tenders are invited for Construction of Proposed Arogya Health and Wellness Center at Potupitiya, Kalutara District Non-refundable fee to be paid at MOH Office.: (Rs.) 12,500.00 Bid Security (Rs.) 370,000.00 Interested bidders may obtain further information from Deputy Director General (Engineering), Ministry of Health and Mass Media, 385, Suwasiripaya, Ven. Baddegama Wimalawansa Thero Mawatha, Colombo 10 (Contact - 0112693599) and may inspect the bidding documents at Additional Secretary (Procurement), Procurement Management Division, 2nd Floor, Ministry of Health & Mass Media, No. 106, Dudley Senanayake Mawatha, Colombo 08 during office hours. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Additional Secretary (Procurement), Procurement Management Division, 2nd Floor, Ministry of Health & Mass Media, No. 106, Dudley Senanayake Mawatha, Colombo 08, from 29.05.2026 until 25.06.2026 (weekdays) from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs upon payment of a non refundable fee of Rupees Twelve Thousand and Five Hundred (Rs 12,500.00). The mode of payment will be by cash. Bids shall be addressed to the Additional Secretary (Procurement), Procurement Management Division, 2nd Floor, Ministry of Health & Mass Media, No. 106, Dudley Senanayake Mawatha, Colombo 08 and deposited in the Tender Box provided for at the above address at or before 10.00 am on 26.06.2026. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. When a bidder submits bids for more than one procurement / contract, a separate bid shall be submitted for each procurement / contract. Each bid shall constitute a complete set of documents. Each bid shall be submitted in two copies clearly marked as Original and Duplicate and placed in separate sealed envelopes, both envelopes shall then be enclosed a single outer envelope for that respective contract. Bids shall be valid for 91 days from Bid closing date 26.06.2026 up to 25.09.2026 or any extended period requested by the client. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 370,000.00 per procurement and it shall be valid up to the date : 22.10.2026 (119 Days).
