Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Waterproofing Membranes for the Roof of the Toamasina Urban Municipal Office 6. Bids must be submitted to the address below (9) no later than 09 JUNE 2026 at 10:00 AM (10:00) , local time. Electronic submission of bids will not be permitted. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives on the same day as the bid submission deadline at 10:00 AM (10:00 ). 7. The offer must be accompanied by a duly completed , dated and signed offer guarantee declaration . 8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose beneficial ownership information of the successful Bidder, as part of the Contract Award Notification, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the tender document.
