The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Delivery Of Teaching Aids - Equipment, Devices, Furniture And Software For The Needs Of The Project Implemented By The Ordering Party Entitled: Everyone Has A Chance To Succeed. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place At The Contractors Own Expense And Will Include Bringing In, Unpacking,, If Necessary, Assembling/Assembling/Starting/Configuring And Setting Up In The Places (Rooms) Indicated By The Ordering Party At Its Headquarters - Ul. Warszawska 65 In Pabianice Various Types Of Devices, Movable Equipment, Hardware And Software. The Delivery Is To Include Devices, Fixtures And Fittings That Are Not The Subject Of Exhibition, Unused, Coming From Current Production (Produced No Earlier Than 2025). The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach The Required Instructions In Polish To The Delivered Subject Of The Order.2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Brand New, Free From Technical And Legal Defects, Of Good Quality, Approved For Trading, Packed In The Original Packaging For A Given Product, Equipped With Labels Identifying The Given Product, Specifying Its Technical, Quality, Functional And Operational Parameters.3. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers According To The Following Division: A) Part I - Furniture For The Therapy Room, 4.
