Descriptiontroms County Municipality Wishes To Award A Contract To Providers Who Take On Total Responsibility For The Design, Construction, Ownership And Operation Of Broadband Networks That Will Be Made Available To Residential Properties, Private Industry And Public Enterprises In The Relevant Municipalities - See Attached Map Of Project Areas, There Are Three Project Areas Divided Between Two Municipalities, Skjervøy And Balsfjord. The Projects Have Been Announced In The Joint Announcement For The Projects Awarded In 2025. An Additional Grant Has Been Approved For Balsfjord Municipalitys Project, And It Has Been Opened To Award One Of The Two Projects In Skjervøy Within The Total Financial Framework. Grant Funds Must Cover The Development Of The Entire Area And All Addresses Indicated In Appendix 6 For The Individual Municipality Are Approved As Eligible Addresses In 2026. This Call Is Adapted To The Conditions For Awarding In 2026. A Full Description Of The Delivery Follows From The Requirements Specification Form And Letter Of Commitment To The Individual Municipality With Guidelines And Requirements As A Condition For Grant Awarding.
