The Subject Of The Award Procedure Are Property Planning Services For Buildings And Interiors In Accordance With Sections 33, 34 Hoai 2021 For Service Phases 6 To 9 (Step-By-Step Commissioning) As Part Of The General Renovation / Modernization Of The Student Housing Complex Heiglhofstrasse 6466 In Munich (Heig For Short). The Residential Complex Consists Of Two Structurally Connected Buildings (House 64 And House 66, Building Class 5, Special Building In Accordance With Art. 2 Para. 4 No. 11 Baybo) Each With 7 Floors And A Shared Underground Car Park. Once The Measure Has Been Completed, The Complex Will Comprise Approximately 431 Residential Units (Individual Apartments). The Approval Planning (Lph 4) Has Been Completed; The Implementation Planning (Lph 5) Is Underway. The Contractor Joins The Ongoing Planning Process And Takes Over The Continuation, Award Preparation, Construction Management And Property Management Based On The Existing Bim Models.
