This Commitment Relates To Diverse And Changing Ict Issues Within The Organization And Must Be In Line With The Requirements And Wishes Of Deltion College. This Involves A Diverse And Dynamic Range Of Required Expertise, Ranging From Technical Specializations To Knowledge Of The Use And Application Of Ict Within An Educational Organization. The Supplier Is Expected To Be Able To Provide A Wide Range Of It Profiles And Roles. It Is Important That The Supplier Not Only Provides Temporary Capacity, But Also Builds Up Knowledge Of The Organization And Ict Environment Of Deltion College. This Means That Suitable Candidates With Relevant Experience Can Be Presented More Quickly In Future Applications. The Estimated Value Of The Assignment Is € 1,000,000 (Incl. Vat) Per Year. The Size Of The Assignment May Fluctuate During The Term As A Result Of, Among Other Things, Budgetary, Organizational And External Developments. Tenderers Cannot Derive Any Rights From This Statement. The Value Of The Order Exceeds The European Tender Threshold, Resulting In A European Tender Procedure Being Followed. The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Supplier For An Initial Term Of 24 Months, With The Option Of Two Extensions Of 24 Months Each Time Under The Same Conditions, Resulting In A Maximum Total Term Of 72 Months. If An Assignment Is Started In The Last Quarter Of The Term, It Can Continue After The End Of The Agreement. The Intended Effective Date Of The Agreement Is November 2, 2026.
