Ai 2026-0001 - Collaboration Agreement 3.0 Pavings Collaboration Agreements (Sok) Have Been Used Since 2019 For The New Construction And Maintenance Of The Paving Within The Municipality Of Amsterdam. The Current Sok 2.0, Which Succeeded Sok 1.0 In May 2023, Is A Framework Agreement Divided Into Two Segments (Element Paving And Asphalt Works). The Sok 1.0 And Sok 2.0 Have Given An Enormous Boost In Amsterdam To Making Equipment More Sustainable, Reusing Paving Materials, Limiting Environmental Nuisance And Reducing Failure Costs. The Experiences Of Sok 1.0 And Sok 2.0 Have Provided Important Input For Sok 3.0. The Points For Improvement Mainly Relate To Reducing The Administrative Burden, Providing Continuity And Establishing A Fair Price. Given The Lessons Learned From Previous Cooperation Agreements And The Ambitions Of The Contracting Authority, The Following Objectives Have Been Formulated For Sok 3.0: 1. Do More With Fewer People. Reducing The Administrative Burden By Simplifying Processes And Using Automation And/Or (Ai) Developments. 2.
