The Scope Of The Assignment Includes The Delivery Of Standard And Freely Tradable Software Licenses From Various Software Suppliers. This Concerns A Range Of Generic Software Within The Categories Office Automation (Such As Microsoft 365), Operating Systems, Security Software, Collaboration And Communication Software, Cloud And Saas Solutions And Other Non-Custom Software Licenses. The Contractor Is Responsible For Supplying, Renewing And Changing Licenses. In Addition, The Contractor Is Responsible For The (Continued) Supply Of Associated Maintenance, Support, Updates And Upgrades, Insofar As These Form Part Of The Standard License Or Subscription Form Of The Software Supplier. The Value Of The Assignment Has Been Estimated On The Basis Of Previous Years Expenditure. The Estimate Of This Framework Agreement And Also The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is € 8,000,000 Excl. Vat For 4 Years. This Maximum Value May Not Be Exceeded During The Term Of The Framework Agreement.
