The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Award A Public Contract For Intellectual Services Relating To: A Technical, Legal And Operational Support Mission Relating To The Treatment Of Building Risks Affecting Private Housing In The Municipality Of Teil, Following The Earthquake Of November 11, 2019. This Mission Is Part Of The Exercise Of The Administrative Police Powers Of The Mayor In Matters Of Building Security, And Aims To Enable The Community: To Have Up-To-Date, Reliable And Prioritized Knowledge Of The Situations Real Estate Still Covered By An Evacuation Order; Objectivize The Level Of Risk And Public Safety Issues; Define And Implement Graduated Intervention Strategies, Combining Incentive And Coercive Tools; To Legally Secure The Decisions Taken By The Municipal Authority. The Mission Covers An Initial Scope Of Around 116 Real Estate Situations, With A Target Volume Of Around 40 Priority Situations That Can Be Subject To Operational Treatment. The Services May Involve Investigations Over The Entire Municipal Area Concerned By The Property Still Covered By An Evacuation Order.
