These Consultation Regulations (Rc) Establish The Rules Applicable To The Public Procurement Procedure Launched By The City Of Romainville (Hereinafter The Contracting Authority) With A View To Awarding A Technical Project Management Contract For The Design And Monitoring Of The Implementation Of The Development Works On Rue Marcel Ethis In Romainville (Seine-Saint-Denis). The Operation Aims To Adapt The Roads To New Urban Uses, To Secure Active Travel (Pedestrians, Cyclists), To Improve The Landscape Quality And To Meet The Needs Linked To The Creation Of The Future High School Located To The North Of The Road. Rue Marcel Ethis Is Bordered, To The East, By The Construction Work Of The New T1 Tram Line, And To The South By The Protective Wall Of The A3 Motorway. The Mission Entrusted To The Incumbent Concerns Exclusively The Technical And Functional Aspects Of The Requalification (Mobility, Roads, Various Networks, Signaling, Public Lighting, Rainwater Management). It Includes The Following Mission Elements: Avp - Pro - Dce/Act - Visa - Det - Aor Landscape Project Management Is Provided Internally By The Technical Services Of The City Of Romainville. The Holder Must Ensure The Technical Translation And Compatibility Of The Landscape Sketches Provided By The City In Its Studies And Execution Documents. The Estimated Financial Envelope Allocated To The Work By The Project Owner Is €1,420,000 Excluding Tax. The Total Budget For The Operation Is Estimated At €1,870,000 Including Tax, Studies Included.
