Tenders Are Invited For Supplementary Group Health Insurance For Risingsud Employees

The Purpose Of The Guarantee Is To Grant Additional Participation In The Basic Social Security Schemes And, Where Applicable, The Local Scheme In The Event Of Medical, Surgical And Hospitalization Costs, Within The Limit Of The Guarantee Amounts Defined In The Table Communicated In Appendix No. 3 And The Costs Actually Incurred By The Beneficiaries. The Guarantees And Pricing Of This Contract Are Established On The Basis Of The Legislation And Social Regulations In Force At The Time Of Its Conclusion. The Signatory Parties Agree To Revise, By Mutual Agreement, The Guarantees And Contributions, In The Event Of A Change In The Regulations Relating To Health Costs, The New Provisions Defined By Mutual Agreement Taking Effect From The Next Annual Deadline Of The Market. This Is A Collective Contract With Compulsory Membership In Accordance With Responsible Contracts In Terms Of Complementary Health Insurance. This Market Will Take Effect On January 1, 2027.
