The Purpose Of This Contract Concerns The Provision Of The Following Services: - An On-Call Mission To Ensure The Reception Of Calls From Tenants Outside The Opening Hours Of The Adjudicating Authority. This Hotline Service Called Alur (Alliade Emergency) Will Operate In The Evenings, Weekends, Public Holidays And Non-Working Days. - A Technical Intervention Mission As Part Of The Alur Emergency System (Troubleshooting And Precautionary Measures) In Plumbing, Cleaning, Unblocking, Electricity, Locksmithing, Security, In Particular And In General Any Intervention Linked To Technical Breakdowns, Or Disasters And Events Occurring On The Property (Parties Private And/Or Common Areas Of Residences) Belonging To Alliade Habitat Or Managed By Alliade Habitat.
