The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Is: Implementation Of Administrative And Regulatory Procedures Aimed At The Project To Install Anti-Sargassum Floating Booms In Saint-François, And Supply, Installation, Maintenance And Upkeep Of The Dams On The Coast Of Saint-François. The Main Characteristics Are As Follows: The Municipality Of Saint-François Is Implementing A Project To Install Floating Anti-Sargassum Booms, Aiming To Protect Approximately 1,615 Linear Meters Of Its Coastline. This Project Requires The Prior Obtaining Of All Authorizations And Declarations Required To Guarantee Its Legality And Technical Feasibility. Subsequently, The Supply And Installation Of The Dam Will Have To Take Place, The Current Studies Previously Carried Out Making It Possible To Carry Out This Service In A Technically Viable And Efficient Manner In Order To Combat The Massive Stranding Of Sargassum In The Territory Of Saint-François. The First Objective Of This Consultation Is To Outsource The Obtaining Of Administrative Acts, Thus Ensuring The Legal Security Of The Project. The Service Aims To Obtain Two Main Deliverables: 1.The Declaration Receipt Under The Water Law (Water Police). 2.The Temporary Occupation Authorization Order (Aot) Of The Maritime Public Domain (Dpm). Place Of Execution Or Delivery: Commune De Saint-Francois This Framework Agreement Also Aims To Supply And Install Dams On The Coast Of The Municipality, And To Carry Out Their Maintenance And Upkeep. The Expected Services Are Detailed In The Specific Technical Clauses.
