The Purpose Of The Consultation Is The Purchase Of Fuel And Lubricant For The Needs Of Municipal Services In The Municipality Of Saint-Joseph. The Form Chosen For This Contract Is A Framework Agreement Executed By Means Of Purchase Orders In Application Of Articles R. 2162-2, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. All Lots Of The Framework Agreement Are Single-Awarded. The Services Are Broken Down According To The Lots Below. These Lots As Well As Their Amounts Excluding Tax, For The Initial Period Of The Contract As Well As For Each Renewal Period If Applicable, Are Defined As Follows: - Lot N°1 Acquisition Of Fuel: Minimum Amounts 100,000 Excluding Vat And Maximum 300,000 Excluding Vat; - Lot N°2 Acquisition Of Liquid Lubricant: Minimum Amounts 2,000 Excluding Vat And Maximum 100,000 Excluding Vat.
