The Granting Authority Entrusts The Concessionaire With The Financing, Provision, Installation, Upkeep And Maintenance For The Benefit Of The Group Of Orders For Street Furniture Elements (Billboards, Cultural Columns, Passenger Shelters As Defined In Article 3 And Title Iii Of The Draft Contract) As Well As The Related Services. In Return, The Dealer Benefits From The Right To Use This Furniture For Advertising Purposes, Under The Conditions Provided For In This Contract. This Contract Constitutes A Concession Within The Meaning Of Articles L. 11201 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code, Within The Framework Of Which The Granting Authority Therefore Transfers To The Concessionaire All The Risks Of Charges And Revenues Linked To Its Execution.
