The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Execution Of The Services Designated Below, Over The Entire Territory Of The French Riviera Community: - The Collection Of Household Waste And Waste Assimilated To Household Waste, Their Transport And Unloading At The Places Indicated, - The Collection Of Recyclable Household Waste (Glass Packaging, Recyclable Light Packaging, Newspapers-Magazines, Boxes From Traders) Their Transport And Unloading At The Places Indicated, - The Collection Of Household Objects Bulky Items, Their Transport And Unloading At The Places Indicated. The Buyer Is The Contracting Authority. This Contract Is A Composite. It Includes: - A Fixed Part By Application Of The Fixed Prices Indicated In The Breakdown Of The Global And Fixed Price (Dpgf) And Will Be Carried Out Under The Conditions Defined In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp), Corresponding To The Collections Of Household Waste And Assimilated According To Predefined Frequencies On Behalf Of The French Riviera Community. - A Part By Purchase Orders By Application Of The Unit Prices Indicated In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu) And Will Be Carried Out Under The Conditions Defined In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp), Corresponding To The Collections Of Additional Household And Similar Waste At The Request Of The French Riviera Community, As Well As The Communications Actions And Management Of Calls Received On The Toll-Free Number Dedicated To The Waste Competence Of The Carf. This Contract Is Broken Down Into Two Lots: - Lot N°1: Coastal Sector - Lot N°2: Middle And High Country Sector The Maximum Amount Of The Purchase Order Part For Each Lot Is: - Lot N°1: 23,300,000 Excluding Tax Over The Overall Duration Of The Contract - Lot N°2: 6,600,000 Excluding Tax Over The Overall Duration Of The Market
