Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance Of The Technical Installations Of The Ice Rink

The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Conclude A Contract Covering The Operation And Maintenance Of The Technical Installations Of The Ice Rink, Including All Refrigeration, Energy And Thermal Equipment. This Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of 8.5 Years From Its Notification, In Accordance With The Stipulations Of The Act Of Commitment. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Ensure Integrated, Coherent And Optimized Management Of Installations, Guaranteeing Both The Continuity Of Public Service, The Energy Performance Of Equipment And The Control Of Operating Costs In A Multi-Year Logic. As Such, The Expected Services Include Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Regulatory Maintenance, Maintaining Compliance Of Installations, Implementation Of Energy Optimization Actions, Technical Risk Management, Strategic Operational Support.
