Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Cold Meals And Snacks For School Canteens And Leisure Receptions In Sennecey-Les-Dijon (21800)

The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Provide The Following Services: - Supply And Delivery Of Cold-Cooked Meals For School Restaurants And The Leisure Center, - Supply Of Snacks For Leisure Centers (Wednesdays And School Holidays). In This Context, The Holder Will Ensure: - The Preparation Of Meals From One Or More Production Sites Meeting Regulatory Requirements In Terms Of Quality, Hygiene, Capacity, Operating Mode; - The Packaging Of Meals In Accordance With The Requirements Defined In This Regulation; - The Distribution Of Meals Before Delivery; - The Delivery Of Meals With A Vehicle Suitable For The Delivery Of Foodstuffs; - The Storage And Storage Of Meals In The Cold Rooms Of The Offices; - The Training Of Municipal Agents Or, Where Applicable, The Provision Procedures For Setting Up Meals. This Framework Agreement For Single-Award Purchase Orders Will Take Effect On September 1, 2026 For A Period Of 12 Months. It Is Renewable Once (1) By Tacit Renewal For A Period Of 12 Months. The Maximum Duration Of The Contract, All Periods Combined, Is 24 Months.
