Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Construction Site Safety Equipment And Signaling Equipment For The Metropolitan Transport Authority (3 Lots)

The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Supply Of Construction Site Safety Equipment And Signaling Equipment For The Régie Des Transports Métropolitains (3 Lots). The Consultation Is Broken Down Into 4 Lots Set Out Below:Lot 1: Supply Of Construction Site Signaling Equipment;Lot 2: Supply Of Construction Site Safety Equipment;Lot 3: Supply Of Permanent Signaling Equipment; It Is Specified That A Lot Entitled “Supply Of Tailor-Made Signaling Equipment” Was Awarded According To A Procedure Adapted For “Small Lots”, In Application Of Article R. 2123 1 2° Of The Public Procurement Code. These Contracts Are Awarded Following A Procedure With Negotiation, In Application Of Articles L2124-3, R2124-4 And R2161-21 To R2161-23 Of The Code. These Are Framework Agreements Within The Meaning Of Articles L2125-1.1° And R2162-2 Et Seq. Of The Code. Each Framework Agreement Is Concluded With A Single Economic Operator And Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders, For The Services Described In The Contractual Documents (Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Code). In Application Of Article R2162-4 Of The Code, Each Contract Is Concluded Without Minimum Commitment Amount And With A Maximum Commitment Amount Over Their Total Duration (Five Years), Namely: Lot 1: €135,000 Excluding Tax; Lot 2: €475,000 Excluding Tax; Lot 3: €325,000 Excluding Tax; These Are Public Supply Contracts Which Refer To The General Administrative Clauses Applicable To Public Contracts For Current Supplies And Services (Ccag/Fcs), Approved By The Decree Of March 30, 2021.
