Household Waste Presented On Public Streets By Residents, Which Have Overturned The Containers, For Any Reason, Or Which Fall During The Collection Process, Must Be Sweeped And Collected Manually Immediately, With The Aid Of Appropriate Tools, Leaving The Places Completely Clean. All Collection Vehicles Must Travel With A Set Of Shovel, Fork And Broom. In The Event That Waste Is Presented In Plastic Bags, The Team Must Take All Precautions To Prevent Them From Breaking, Before Depositing Them, Transporting Class Ii A Solid Urban Waste To The Duly Licensed Sanitary Landfill And Duly Licensed Final Disposal. To Carry Out The Services Relevant To This Contract, The Contractor Must Have, At A Minimum, The Equipment Listed Below: - 01 Transport Truck, With A Minimum Transport Capacity Of 60M³. The Vehicle Must Have A Slurry Retention System. The Contractor Must Provide Its Employees And Other Human Resources Involved In This Service, Free Of Charge, With Uniforms, Epi’S And Epc’S (Individual And Collective Protective Equipment). Equipment Costs Should Include Installation And Maintenance Expenses.
