The Service Includes Complete Technical Assessment, Operational Tests, Adjustments, Technical Cleaning And Verification Of The Functioning Of All Equipment And Components That Make Up The Air Conditioning System Hospital, Including The Air Conditioning And Air Treatment Center Of The Surgical Center, Composed Of 03 (Three) Air Treatment Units – Uta, Model Carrier 39V Pro – 08 Tr (Limit Load), Each One Coupled To Its Respective Condenser, Identified As Uta 01, Uta 02 And Uta 03, Totaling 03 Utas And 03 Condensers, As Well As 03 (Three) Split Type Air Conditioning Equipment, All Installed In The Surgical Center Of The Hospital Unit. Maintenance Should Cover The Entire Air Conditioning System, Including The Main Equipment, The Air Conditioning Central, Control And Automation Devices, Electrical Panels, Sensors, Drainage Systems, Fans, Motors, Coils, Filters, Ducts, Connections And Other Components Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Environments Air Conditioning. The Services Include Cleaning Of Components, Checking Of Filters, Sensors And Controls, Lubrication When Necessary, Analysis Of System Performance, Identification Of Faults, Carrying Out Operational Adjustments And Issuance Of A Detailed Technical Report On The Operating Conditions Of The Equipment And The System.
