Bids Are Invited For The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Acquire A Communication Drone, Aiming To Structure And Improve The Resources Used In Carrying Out The Institutional Activities Of The Municipal Secretariat For Women And Family.

Unmanned Aerial Drone (Vant), Ultralight And Compact, Equipped With A Camera With A Cmos Sensor Of At Least 1/2 Inch, Capable Of Recording In Minimum 4K Resolution At Up To 60 Fps And Slow Motion Capture. It Must Have An Omnidirectional Obstacle Detection System, Propeller Protection And Intelligent Flight Stability Systems. The Equipment Must Include Artificial Intelligence Resources, Automatic Tracking Of People And Objects, Automated Capture Modes And Intelligent Framing. It Must Allow Operation Via Remote Control, Smartphone Application And Smart Commands. It Must Have A Digital Video Transmission System With Extended Range And Stable Signal. The Set Must Include, At A Minimum: The Drone, Remote Control, Three Intelligent Flight Batteries, Bidirectional Charging Hub, Propeller Protectors, Connection Cables And Other Accessories Necessary For Full Operation.
