The Services Under This Contract Will Consist Of, But Not Be Limited To: • Conduct Studies That Provide Insights Into Key Economic And Technical Performance Indicators Of Wind Farms, Such As Levelized Cost Of Energy (Lcoe) Analyses • Determine The Absolute Values Of The Main Drivers, Specifically The Financial Components Of The Wind Farm (Capex And Opex) And Annual Energy Production (Aep) • Design And Optimization Of Offshore Wind Farm Layouts And Zoning, • Conduct Comprehensive Analyses Of Projected Energy Yields And Optimization Of The Export Cable Utilization The Contracting Authority Intends To Conclude A Contract For A Period Of 3 Years.
