The Services That Can Be Provided Under This Framework Agreement Are Defined In The Cctp Of The Framework Agreement. The Services Described Below May Be Entrusted To The Economic Operator Holding The Framework Agreement Under Subsequent Contracts Which Will Be Concluded Subsequently Depending On The Occurrence Of Needs Without These Being Exhaustive: - Programming Study, - Assistance To Project Management For The Choice Of The Management Method, If Necessary, The Creation Of A Semop And The Preparation Of The Concession, - Assistance In The Preparation And Launch Of The Concession Procedure, - Assistance In The Analysis Of Applications, Offers And Negotiation, - Assistance In The Finalization Of The Concession And The Constitution Of The Semop, - Assistance To Project Management For The Choice Of Project Management, - Amo Design (Aps – Apd – Pro), - Amo Preparation And Monitoring Of The Consultation Of Companies. The Service Provider Or Group Of Service Providers Must Have The Necessary Skills To Carry Out The Services Covered By The Framework Agreement, Namely: - Architectural And Functional Programming Of Complex Cultural And Sporting Facilities (Including Operation And Maintenance), - Environmental Quality Of Construction, - Town Planning, - Economics Of Construction And Overall Cost, - Finance, - Fluids, Energy And Thermal, - Public Procurement Law, Complex Contractual Arrangements And Company Law That Can Be Created By Local Authorities And Their Establishments. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of 48 Months, From Its Notification. It Cannot Be Renewed. The Services Are Likely To Vary, Over The Duration Of The Framework Agreement, Within The Following Limits: - Minimum Amount: No Minimum Amount, - Maximum Amount: 450,000 Euros Excluding Tax.
