Further Development Related To Servicenow Automation Within The Frame Contract For Hungarocontrol Zrt., The Task Is To Complement And Further Develop The Current Servicenow System, With Particular Regard To The Following: The Products And Services To Be Purchased: - Servicenow Licenses And License Tracking Required For The Use Of New Functions, As Well As Licenses That Can Be Optionally Called Up And Their Associated License Tracking; - Expert Service Related To The Servicenow Platform, Which Can Be Used To Perform The Following Types Of Tasks: • Consultation, • Survey, • Planning And (System) Specification, • Development, • Testing, • Documentation, • Project Management, • As Well As All Other Unique Tasks Related To The System Defined By The Tenderer. In Order To Implement The Above, The Quantity To Be Procured With The Obligation To Call: 1,000 Itom Standard (Visibility) Subscription Units 1,500 Hours Of Expert Advice/Development Optionally To Be Procured: 300 Itom Standard (Visibility) Subscription Units (Option) 450 Hours Of Expert Advice/Development (Option) The Tenderer Is Not Obliged To Order The Entire Quantity Stipulated As An Option, And Is Not Burdened With Any Obligation To Call. If The Bidder So Chooses, He Can Order Only One Of The Optional Quantities Specified By Him. The Option Quantity Is Specified As A Limit (Quantity Limit) And Is Drawn From It Through Individual Orders.
