Prior Information Notice For Event Services – Organization Of Foresight Workshops Related To The Topic Of Just Transformation Of Western Małopolska. The Order Covers The Organization Of A Minimum Of 15 And A Maximum Of 30 Foresight Workshops For A Minimum Of 6 And A Maximum Of 15 Participants Each. The Workshops Will Be Held In Western Małopolska, I.E. In The Following Counties: Chrzanów, Olkusz, Oświęcim And/Or Wadowice. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide Each Workshop With, Among Others: A Room With Equipment, A Moderator, Catering And Materials For Participants. The Contractor Will Also Provide A List Of A Minimum Of 3 And A Maximum Of 5 Experts, Each Of Whom Will Meet The Requirements Specified In The Procurement Documentation. Before Each Workshop, The Contractor Will Indicate One Expert From The List Who Will Provide Substantive Support At A Given Workshop. The Final Product Of The Order Implementation Will Be A Final Report Prepared By The Contractor And Submitted To The Ordering Party, Containing An Outline Of The Design Concept Of Local Transformation Plans For The Area Of ​​Western Małopolska. The Participants Of The Workshops Will Be Stakeholders Of The Just Transformation Process, In Particular Representatives Of Poviats, Communes, Entrepreneurs And Non-Governmental Organizations Operating In Western Małopolska.
