The Scope Of Construction Works To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Expansion Of Provincial Road No. 450 Includes: • Expansion Of Provincial Road No. 450 On The Section From Km 58+773 To Km 62+552, • Expansion And Reconstruction Of Intersections Of Provincial Road No. 450 With Public Roads Of Other Categories, • Expansion And Reconstruction Of Sections Of Roads Of Other Categories, • Demolition And Construction Of Sidewalks, • Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path, • Construction Of A Parking Bay, • Demolition And Construction Of Exits With Covered Ditches, • Demolition And Reconstruction Of Road Ditches, • Demolition And Construction Of A Culvert Under A Provincial Road, • Demolition And Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, • Demolition And Construction Of Street Lighting, • Reconstruction Of Existing Infrastructure (Power Grid, Telecommunications Network, Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage System, Gas Sewage System) As Part Of The Removal Of Conflicts, • Construction Of A Section Of A Service Channel, • Demolition Of The Existing Building, • Planting Trees And Shrubs, • Horizontal And Vertical Markings. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation (Construction, Executive And Technical Designs, Bills Of Quantities) And Stwiorbs In Accordance With Art. 103 Section 1 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law. 2. When Carrying Out The Task Covered By This Order, Measures Should Be Taken To Ensure Accessibility For People With Special Needs, As Referred To In The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs. 3. Pursuant To The Provisions Of Article 121 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation To Personally Perform Key Tasks Relating To: Execution Of Bituminous Layers Of The Road Structure (Base Layer And Binding And Wearing Course). This Requirement Does Not Apply To The Production And Transport Of The Mineral-Bituminous Mixture. With Respect To Key Tasks Reserved For Personal Performance By The Contractor, The Contractor Cannot Rely On The Capabilities Of The Entity Providing Resources, Under The Principles Set Out In Art. 118 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, In Order To Demonstrate Compliance With The Relevant Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings. 4. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Basic Contract, To The Current Contractor Of Services Or Construction Works, An Order Consisting In The Repetition Of Similar Services Or Construction Works, Consistent With The Subject Of The Basic Contract, Up To The Amount Of Pln 16,242,559.68 Net. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 6. The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor Conduct An On-Site Visit.
