Regulating And Controlling Instruments And Apparatus – Framework Agreement For The Lease And Operation Of Equipment For Measuring The Speed Of Vehicles In The Administrative District Of The Municipality With Extended Scope Brandýs Nad Labem–Stará Boleslav. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Rental Of Up To 30 Devices For Measuring The Speed Of Vehicles On Roads And Their Components And Accessories (Hereinafter Referred To As Devices). A More Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Given In The Framework Agreement And In Other Annexes To The Procurement Documentation. The Equipment Will Be Entrusted For Use By The Contracting Authority On The Basis Of Partial Contracts (Orders) In Accordance With The Framework Agreement. More Detailed Requirements For The Place, Time Of Installation And Operation Of The Equipment, And Other Conditions Will Always Be Determined In The Partial Contract (Order), In Accordance With The Conditions Agreed In The Framework Agreement. A Device Is Understood As The Entire Complex Of Devices For Measuring Vehicle Speed, I.E. A Radar Complex For Segmental Speed Measurement Of Vehicles, Which Includes Several Radars Operating Independently Or Together With Other Radars, Is Considered To Be 1 Device. The Device Is Thus A Whole Complex Of Things Enabling The Measurement Of The Speed Of Vehicles On A Certain Section.
