This Consultation Aims To Conclude A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement With Subsequent Contracts Relating To Works Management Missions For Deconstruction And Asbestos Removal Works. The Details Of The Services To Be Carried Out Appear In The Cctp As Well As In The Technical Sheet. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of 1 Year From Its Notification. This Is Renewable 3 Times For A Period Of 1 Year At Each Renewal According To The Terms Provided For In The Contract. The Holder Cannot Refuse The Renewal. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With A Maximum Of 4 Economic Operators, Subject To The Receipt Of A Sufficient Number Of Offers. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Annual Amount And With A Maximum Annual Amount Set At 800,000 Euros Excluding Tax.
