The Ecb Is Looking For Qualified Candidates To Provide Building And Property Insurance (“Gebäudeversicherung” Und “Inhaltsversicherung”) For All Ecb Premises In The Frankfurt Am Main Area. The Insurance Contract Shall Have The Initial Duration From 01.11.2026 Until 01.01.2028. Thereafter The Duration Of The Contract Extends Automatically Each Year On 01.01. For One Year Unless The Insurance Contract Is Terminated In Writing 3 Months Before The Date Of An Automatic Extension. The Last Extension Will Only Be Of 10 Months Until 01.11.2030. The Contract Will Expire Automatically At Midnight On 01.11.2030 Without The Need For Notice. The Property Value Amounts To Around 1,600,000,000 To 1,700,000,000 Eur (The Exact Values Will Be Disclosed In The Invitation To Tender, To Be Sent To The Successful Candidates). The Current Maximum Limit Per Claim Applying To The Insurance Policy For The Peril Flexa (Fire, Lightning, Explosion) Shall Be Capped At Eur 800 Million. The Insurance Covers The Original Value (“Neuwert”) Against Different Hazards. Terrorism Insurance Is Not Covered Under This Contract.
