The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Primarily: A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order; List Of Quality Parameters That Heating Oil Must Meet; The Value Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Of Planned Deliveries; Price Conditions And Information On The Method Of Settlement Of Deliveries; Conditions Regarding Delivery Control And Provisions Regarding: The Duration Of The Contract, As Well As Places Of Delivery And Deadlines For Completing Partial Orders. The Ordering Party Has Provided For The Possibility Of Using The Institution Of Option Law, Details Regarding The Use Of This Institution During The Term Of The Contract Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
