Repair And Maintenance Services Of Ships - Periodic Overhaul Of The S/Y Oceania Ship, Including The Overhaul Of The Main Mtu Engine Installed On The S/Y Oceania Ship. 1. The Scope Of Work Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Indicated In Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 2. When Performing Renovation Works, The Contractor Is Obliged On His Own And At His Own Expense, As Part Of A Lump Sum Remuneration, To: 1) Provide Qualified Technical Staff And Appropriate Equipment; 2) Protocol Acceptance Of The Vessel Within The Period Specified In The Contract; 3) Safe Disassembly Of The Engine From The Ship And Its Reassembly, In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Regulations, As Well As Transport Of The Engine From The Ship To The Place Of Its Renovation And Back (If The Engine Renovation Will Take Place In A Place Other Than The Ships Renovation); 4) Organizing Renovation Facilities, Including Storage Of Materials And Equipment Used For The Work Being Carried Out; 5) Ensuring The Possibility Of 24-Hour Use Of Social Facilities By The Ships Crew And The Ordering Partys Representatives (Social Facilities For 14 People Should Be Provided Throughout The Renovation Period), Including Providing And Connecting A Pipeline Discharging Waste From The Ship To The Sewage System Or Ensuring The Use Of Toilets In The Ships Berth Area For The Crew Of The Ship Under Renovation, Along With Waste Collection; 6) Securing The Property On The Ship In The Period From Its Takeover Until The Protocol Transfer Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Ordering Party; 7) Compliance With The Performance Of Work In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including Environmental Protection Law; 8) Securing The Ship During Renovation In The Scope Of Work Performed In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations; 9) Securing The Engine Installation Site On The Ship For The Duration Of Engine Overhaul (Including In Particular Against Weather Conditions), Taking Into Account Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. And Cleaning Up The Engine Installation Site After Its Disassembly (The Engine Installation Site Should Be Left Clean And Tidy, Without Any Unnecessary Materials, Equipment Or Waste); 10) Securing And Protecting The Ship Against Damage Caused By The Actions Of Third Parties, And In The Event Of Its Occurrence, To Immediately Notify The Ordering Party And The Relevant Entities In Order To Determine The Scope Of The Damage, Submit Any Claims, Repair The Damage And Its Possible Effects; 11) Maintaining Proper Order On The Ship Under Renovation - The Place Of Work Should Be Clean And Tidy, Without Leaving Any Materials And Equipment Unnecessary For Carrying Out The Work, As Well As Waste; 12) Management Of All Demolition Materials And Waste Generated During Ship Renovation, Including During Disassembly And Reassembly Of The Engine (Including Used Oils And Greases, Sludge, Remains Of Work Performed), Which Become The Property Of The Contractor, Who Is Obliged To Remove Them From The Ship And Then Manage Them In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Waste Act, And Provide The Ordering Party With Copies Of Waste Transfer Notes; 13) Performing In Time
