The Administration Of The North Rhine-Westphalia State Parliament (Client) Intends To Continue To Have The Operation Of The It Service Desk Ensured By An External Service Provider (Employee). The Tendered Services Are Awarded As Part Of A Two-Stage Award Process With A Preliminary Participation Competition. In The First Stage, Five Suitable Companies Will Be Selected Based On The Established Suitability Criteria. Only The Companies Selected In The Participation Competition Will Be Asked To Submit The Team Composition (L05) And To Submit A Final Offer (L04) In The Second Stage (Offer Phase). In Addition To Staffing The It Service Desk, The Scope Of Services Also Includes The Provision Of On-Site Support Services In The Constituency And Telework Offices. The On-Site Team Should Consist Of A Team Leader And Seven Qualified It Specialists. All Advertised Activities In The It Service Desk, 1St And 2Nd Level Support As Well As On-Site Support Must Be Carried Out By The Total Of 8 People Required. During The Term Of The Contract, Demand-Oriented Mobility Of It Specialists Must Be Ensured For The Tasks Required In The Constituency Or Teleworking Offices. The Aim Of The Tender Is To Conclude A New Evb It Service Contract From February 1, 2027 With An Economic Operator To Provide The It Services Listed. For This Purpose, The Contractor Should Employ, If Possible, Permanent Staff With Strong Technical And Social Skills In Order To Ensure Reliable And Long-Term Professional Support. The Time From 01.02. - February 28, 2027 Is Planned As A Training And Handover Period For All Employees Of The New Service Provider.
