Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – New Fire Department And Community Center In Rohrenfels, Ot Wagenhofen, Property Planning Buildings And Interiors In Accordance With §33 Ff Hoai 2021. The Municipality Of Rohrenfels Is Planning To Build A New Fire Station And Community Center In The Ot Wagenhofen On Approximately 650 M² Of Municipal Property. The Subject Of The Order Is Planning Services For Property Planning Of Buildings And Interior Spaces, In Accordance With Section 33 Ff Hoai 2021, Lph 2-9, With Step-By-Step Commissioning. If Necessary, Various Special Services May Also Be Commissioned, Including: Surveying And Room Acoustics For The Training / Common Room. ----In A Feasibility Study (Mbs), The Implementation Was Examined In Connection With The Existing Sports Center (60 Years Of Construction). This Option Was Rejected As Uneconomical. For The New Building, Service Phase 1 And Parts Of Lph 2 Were Carried Out By The Office Commissioned By Mbs. There Is Agreement Among Steakholders To Implement The Current Draft, But This Has Not Yet Been Decided And Can Still Be Optimized If Necessary. In Particular, The Spatial Concept With Uses Should Be Implemented. Access And Exit To The State Road Were Coordinated With The Ingolstadt Road Construction Authority. The Client Is Open About Construction And Materials And Focuses On A Practical, Economical And Sustainable Solution. The Construction Project Is Intended For Around 60 People From The Active Fire And Youth Fire Brigade. The Room Program Includes The Fire Brigade Equipment House With 3 Parking Spaces, Storage Rooms, Technical Washrooms, Changing Rooms, Clothing Room, Archive, And A Training Room With Other Uses (E.G. As A Common Room, For Sports Gymnastics). As Part Of The Preliminary Investigations, A Soil Report Was Prepared; A Floor Replacement Is Necessary. An Additional Partial Soil Report Based On Newly Planned Drilling Sites Will Be Commissioned Separately By The Client. Connection To The Existing Natural Gas Supply Network Is Possible. There Is Currently No Local Heating Network. Independently, But Parallel To This Measure, The Sports Clubs Heating System Will Be Renewed. As Part Of The Planning Of The Technical Equipment For The New Fire Station, The Hls Planner Should Investigate Shared Use With The Sports Club. The Power Supply Can Come From The Sports Club Or Community Connection. A Pv System Is Probably Not Economical In Terms Of Electricity Requirements. ---- The Office That Has Already Provided Lph 1 And Some Lph 2 Services Is Considered A Pre-Approved Applicant. Should The Case Arise That The Office In Question Should Apply And Be Invited To The Award Negotiation, The Documents Will Be Made Available By The Client To All Participants In The Award Negotiation In Order To Bring All Bidders Up To The Same Level Of Information. Even Without The Participation Of The Pre-Approved Applicant, The Documents Will Be Made Available To The Bidders In The Best Possible Way. The Results Of The Preliminary Planning Serve As The Basis For Further Processing. The Services Already Provided By Lph 2 Should Be Examined As Special Services And Revised If Necessary
