Software Implementation Services – Design And Construction Of An It System For Collecting And Sharing Data Covered By The National Pollutant Release And Transfer Register. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of An It System For Collecting And Sharing Data Covered By The National Pollutant Release And Transfer Register, Hereinafter Referred To As The Prtr System. The New System Should Enable The Operators Of The Installation, The Inspectorate Of Environmental Protection And The Chief Inspectorate Of Environmental Protection To Report In Accordance With The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2024/1244 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 24 April 2024 On The Transfer Of Environmental Data From Industrial Installations, The Establishment Of The European Industrial Emissions Portal And The Repeal Of Regulation (Ec) No. 166/2006 (Journal Of Laws L 1244, 2/05/2024, P. 1, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As Regulation 2024/1244 And The Implementing Acts To This Regulation. The Contractor Is Also Responsible For Designing And Implementing Solutions Enabling Data Migration From The Current System To The New System. As Part Of The Prtr System, The Contractor Will Design And Implement An External Portal That Will Enable Access To Data On Pollutant Releases, Transfers And Waste Transfers Collected In The Prtr System. The System Will Enable External Users To Search And Download Data According To Selected Criteria That Meet Their Needs.
