Preparation Of Complete Project Documentation In The Volume And Content Necessary For Issuing A Building Permit, In Order To Improve The General Condition Of The Facade Of Trlk Cherni Vrah, In Its Part That Is Covered With Wood. The Purpose Of The Project Is To Improve The Condition Of The Facade After Its Implementation And To Guarantee The Normal Operation And Durability Of The Complex. The Design Will Be Carried Out In Stages, In Conceptual And Technical Design Phases, As Follows: Stage 1: The Designer Should Present A Concept With An Architectural Solution In Three Variants, Including The Types Of Materials And Their Technical Characteristics, As Well As Details For Fastening The Structure According To The Technical Specifications Of The Employer; Stage 2: Development Of A Technical Project Based On The Approved Conceptual Project Of Stage 1, In Scope And Content As Specified In The Technical Specifications Of The Contracting Authority. Carrying Out Authors Supervision During Construction According To Item 3. Of Section Iv Requirements And Scope Of The Technical Specifications Of The Contracting Authority.
