Tenders Are Invited For Repair And Maintenance Services Of Pumps, Valves, Taps And Metal Containers – Framework Agreement With The Object Of Specialized Periodic Maintenance Services, Current Repairs, Unforeseen Repairs, Technical Checks And Maintenance Of Artesian Wells And Public Wells Supplying Drinking Water, In Sector 2, Including The Provision Of Materials And Parts Necessary For Their Realization

Repair And Maintenance Services Of Pumps, Valves, Taps And Metal Containers – Framework Agreement With The Object Of Specialized Periodic Maintenance Services, Current Repairs, Unforeseen Repairs, Technical Checks And Maintenance Of Artesian Wells And Public Wells Supplying Drinking Water, In Sector 2, Including The Provision Of Materials And Parts Necessary For Their Realization. The Object Of The Purchase Consists In The Provision Of Specialized Services Of Periodic Maintenance, Current Repairs, Unforeseen Repairs, Technical Checks And Maintaining In Working Order The Artesian Wells And The Public Wells Supplying Drinking Water, In Sector 2, Including The Provision Of Materials And Parts Necessary For Their Realization, In Order To Ensure Continuous Operation, Safety In Operation And Preservation Of Urban Heritage. Thus, In Order To Perform These Services In Good Conditions And In An Efficient Manner, It Is Necessary To Conclude A Framework Agreement, Which Includes The Following Types Of Services: Activities Included In The Specialized Services: Periodic Maintenance - Will Be Performed Monthly Depending On The Type Of Installation And Will Include: • Cleaning Of Basins, Nozzles, Grates, Filters; • Checking The Tightness Of Water Networks And Electrical Circuits; • Adjustments And Calibration Of Pumps, Sensors, Valves, Control Panels; • Water Treatment With Authorized Solutions For Sanitization And Prevention Of Lime Deposits. Current And Unforeseen Repairs • Interventions To Remedy Defects Found By The Beneficiary Or Notified By The Provider; • Replacement Of Pumps, Networks, Electrical/Electronic Or Ornamental Equipment; • Restoration Of Damaged Circuits (Electrical, Hydraulic); • Estimates Will Be Drawn Up For Each Work, Which Require The Prior Approval Of The Contracting Authority. Technical And Functional Checks • Periodic Functional Tests; • Checking The Pressure, Flow, Tightness And Water Quality; • Electrical And Hydraulic Tests At Commissioning And After Repairs.
