The Subject Of The Order Development Of Urban Eco-Transport In The Jawor Commune Are: 1) The Supply Of 2 Pieces Of Brand New Mini Battery Electric Buses, Of One Brand And One Type, Intended For Transport In Public Urban Transport, Structurally Adapted To Right-Hand Traffic, Charged Via A Plug-In Connector, Manufactured No Earlier Than 6 Months Before The Date Of Delivery Carried Out In The Stages Described In The Order Documents, Along With The Necessary Software And Documentation; Buses Must Have Documents Constituting The Basis For Vehicle Registration And Valid On The Date Of Delivery Of The Vehicles, Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended) And Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Parameters Of The Buses, Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. Buses Must Be Zero-Emission, Using Only Electricity For Propulsion (Vehicle Category M3 - Within The Meaning Of Annex No. 2, Point 1.3 Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), Being A Bus Within The Meaning Of Article 2, Point 41 Of This Act). Together With The Necessary Equipment For Both Buses, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In Volume Iii Swz_Description Of The Subject Of The Order; 2) Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of 2 Charging Stations At The Bus Depot In Jawor, At Ul. Dworcowa, Powered By Direct Current, With A Rated Power Of Min. 40 Kw. The Value Of The Rated Current Of The Charger Overcurrent Protection Is Not More Than 160 A. (Hereinafter Referred To As Chargers), With Reactive Power Compensation And Electronic Equipment (Dedicated Devices And Systems) And The Necessary Software, Manufactured No Earlier Than 6 Months Before The Delivery Date. Charging Stations Are To Have The Highest Possible Degree Of Universality And Cannot Be Limited To Charging Only A Selected Group/Model/Manufacturer Of Buses. 3) Conducting Training / Instruction For 6 Technical Support Employees In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Delivered Vehicles, Chargers And Systems. 2. Detailed Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In Annex Volume Iii To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3.
