The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For Work According To § 131 Of The Act, On The Basis Of Which Partial Contracts Will Be Concluded For The Restoration Of Locomotives Of The 750.7 Series In The Scope Of R3 With A Guarantee Of Restoration For A Total Of 7 Locomotives. The Framework Agreement For The Work Will Be Concluded With One Selected Supplier, Whose Offer Will Be Selected As The Most Economically Advantageous In The Procurement Procedure For This Public Contract.
