The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Ict Expert Services Needed For The Development And Maintenance Of New And Existing Information Systems And Application Services Of The Institute Of Health And Welfare (Thl). The Expert Roles Subject To Procurement Are: - Fullstack Application Developer - Solution Architect (It) - Server Specialist - Cloud Specialist - Tester - Service Designer / Ux Designer The Description Of The Procurement Object And The Minimum Requirements Are Described In More Detail In This Request For Tender And Its Attachments. The Contract Form Of The Procurement Is A Framework Contract For Two (2) Suppliers. The Framework Agreement Enters Into Force Upon Signature And Is Valid For Three (3) Years. In Addition, Thl Reserves The Right To An Option Period Of One (1) Year. Assignments Are Agreed Upon Separately During The Contract Period In Accordance With The Framework Agreement. The Estimated Scope Of The Procurement During The Contract Period, Including The Option Period, Is Approximately 6,000 Man-Days. The Total Value Of The Framework Agreement Is A Maximum Of 4,000,000 Euros.
